Interprofessional collaboration

Hi Pamela, please see the uploaded files. One will have the assignment instructions and an example that was done by another student. However my population is different. My population is substance use disorder patients. Please remember to include the stigma related to this clients when it comes to healthcare. This is a DQ therefore it does not need to be lengthy.
