This assignment asks you to write an outline of a full paper (IF YOU WERE TO WRITE ONE- you are not writing one) that includes the MAJOR POINTS AND MAJOR PROOFS supporting your SPECIFIC STRATEGIC THEME that you would make. The idea here is to bring some order and better critical thinking to addressing a SPECIFIC THEME. In this case, that is your strategy theme.
