Hello colleagues:

The project implementation so far has been a positive experience. Both the members of the clinical team and the patients have been very accommodating and cordial. Recruitment has been successful, in that everyone I have spoken to has agreed to participate. Unfortunately due to issues like the inclusion criteria and my distance from the site, I have only been able to enroll five participants in the project so far. I am hopeful to have this number increase in the near future. Things are starting to come together and I am looking forward to reviewing my findings at the end of this implementation period.

It is interesting to me how technology influences our practice. For example, one interesting finding that I learned at my other clinical site, is the use of AI technology to record and organize soap notes. Technology is wonderful, but we have the responsibility to ensure that the quality of our work remains the same. Additionally, we should also work towards ensuring that policies and protocols keep up with evolving technologies.

I am working with the REDCap software, but I would appreciate any feedback regarding the use of a statistician or how you plan on completing your analyses. I look forward to continuing to work with all of you.

Hello Dr. Brown and classmates,

The implementation of my clinical project has been good so far. I recently got approval from IRB for implementation. I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. From the initial planning stages to this semester every step of the process has been challenging but rewarding in some way. I hope my project as well as my fellow classmates’ will contribute to significant improvements in patient care while validating our efforts and reinforcing our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. It will be incredibly rewarding to see our hard work and collective efforts translating into tangible benefits for our patients and healthcare organization.
