I participated in the 2nd day of the Leadership development organized by Global Innovative Consulting Networking. 1st speaker Marjorie Lozama spoke about Leadership vs Management, the question was: who is your lader holder? The 2nd speaker Pastor Fayola Delica (Miss Florida 2019), she had a more spiritual approach to the subject. She pray with the group and we took pictures with Miss Florida.
