In this section, I will describe the rationale and mechanism of each intervention or factor that has been identified in relation to the research question under investigation.
To begin, it is essential to reiterate the findings from the previous section, as they provide the basis for understanding the rationale behind the interventions and factors. According to the article by Smith et al. (2018), the study aimed to examine the impact of a specific intervention on patient outcomes in a hospital setting. The findings indicated that the intervention had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction and reduced the length of hospital stays.

By equipping nurses with the necessary knowledge and skills, they can confidently and competently implement the research findings into daily practice.
Additionally, the study identified the use of electronic health records (EHRs) as a supporting factor in implementing the intervention. EHRs have gained recognition for their potential to improve healthcare quality and patient outcomes through better information exchange and coordination of care (Adler-Milstein et al., 2017; Wright et al., 2016). By utilizing EHRs, nurses can easily access patient information, track care processes, and monitor outcomes in real-time. This facilitates the implementation of evidence-based interventions, enhances communication among healthcare professionals, and improves overall patient care.
