I chose to further explore the topic of meditation because I have always been intrigued by its potential to improve mental health and overall well-being. Meditation, with its emphasis on mindfulness and self-awareness, has been touted as a powerful tool for cultivating emotional resilience and promoting mental well-being. I wanted to delve deeper into the research surrounding meditation to better understand its effects on the brain and body, as well as its potential applications in healthcare settings. By learning about the evidence supporting meditation, I hope to gain insights into how this practice can be integrated into mainstream healthcare and contribute to holistic patient care.
